Key Responsibilities
- Strategic sourcing techniques and employer branding.
- Lead kick‑off meetings with hiring managers to create or align job descriptions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires in LATAM and Europe.
- Build or improve assessments for any required roles and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with company culture and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
- Mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team.
- Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates.
