Supervising Associate – Talent Enablement
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the in‑house HR Enablement team at EY, as an HR Supervising Associate. We’re looking for someone who has the autonomy to become a key partner to stakeholders, offering advice on best practice defining a Retained Ops strategy to deliver end‑to‑end HR retained operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end HR functions from hiring to retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- A thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures, equal opportunity & employment legislation related to Talent Enablement
- Participate in or lead special projects to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact
