**What's the role?**
Reporting to the Senior Talent Growth and Leadership Partner this role will help build and sustain organisational capability across our business units. You will be a key contributor to our capability approach and learning framework, assisting with the end-to-end coordination of impactful learning initiatives and Talent Assessments.
As a Talent Growth and Leadership Partner, you will support the design, logistics, and execution of various learning and development programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
+ **Capability Planning & Coordination:** Assist with the execution of the annual capability approach, clarify required skills across employee cohorts, and track activities within Business Unit Capability Plans.
