Opportunity
The Talent Management and Culture Coordinator provides reception support and a variety of administrative and clerical duties to assist the Human Resources and Program Administration team. The position coordinates human resources functions in recruitment, training, and retention, and represents a positive work environment and the Centre to employees, visitors, and the community.
Roles and Responsibilities
General
- Serve as a reception for the Donald Cameron Centre and provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Program Administration team as required.
- Perform administrative duties including ordering office supplies, sorting mail, composing routine correspondence, and maintaining the Human Resources filing system, calendar, and room bookings.
