Talent Manager Brazil (European Timezone) - Full Remote

What you'll actually be doing:

We're a Portugal-based company growing internationally , and we're looking for a Talent Manager based in Brazil to help us scale our hiring with strong knowledge of the Brazilian tech talent market .

You will own end-to-end tech recruitment processes, supporting international hiring needs across Europe and beyond, while leveraging your local market expertise to identify, attract, and engage top talent.

This role combines global exposure with local expertise — ideal for someone who understands the Brazilian market deeply but wants to operate in an international environment.
