Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Researcher who will progress to a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will join the HR team, manage the first stage of the recruitment process, source candidates from multiple countries, and build talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Expand pipelines for all positions across three countries.
- Coordinate the recruiting process, optimizing quality, time, and cost of hires.
- Maintain candidate databases via an applicant tracking system.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub).
- Craft and send engaging recruiting emails to attract top candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
- Create policies to support company business objectives.
