Job Description
As an Intern you will assist with the efficient day to day operation of the office and support the work of management and other staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet internal stakeholders/advisors in a professional yet friendly manner
Direct incoming enquiries to appropriate team members
Reply to information requests with accurate information
Assist with raising Purchase orders, and matching invoices to Purchase orders so that the budget holder can approve payment
Update the fee tracker with information on a timely basis
Update the tax team action list and proactively issue reminders for upcoming tasks
Update and ensure accuracy of databases including contact names for VAT and CT compliance
