Tax Preparer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Preparer to support a variety of tax engagements in a public accounting environment. This role is responsible for preparing tax returns, conducting tax research, supporting tax planning initiatives, and assisting with tax compliance matters. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and file individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and other tax returns.
+ Conduct federal and state tax research and document findings.
+ Prepare, reconcile, and review tax workpapers for accuracy and completeness.
+ Assist with tax planning projects and client engagements.
