Job Overview

Parkland School Division currently has a Temporary Full‑time (1.0 FTE) teaching position at Ecole Meridian Heights School in Stony Plain, Alberta. The successful applicant will teach in English to Grade 4 students – English Language Arts, Social, Science, Math, Art, Health and Physical Education.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver, and assess programming to support students in developing academic, social, emotional, and personal management skills.
• Deliver programming aiming to integrate students into a typical classroom and support their transition.
• Design learning opportunities that meet individual students’ needs.
• Work effectively as a team member with school staff, the school support team, and community agency personnel.
