Overview

Responsibilities
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong operational foundation, data-driven mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize operational KPIs including CSAT, QA, AHT, Productivity, and SLAs
Drive process improvements through data analysis and performance insights
Prepare and present operational reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate closely with internal teams (QA, Training, HR, Compliance) to ensure alignment and efficiency
Coordinate with external stakeholders to support operational goals
Support leadership in decision-making through accurate reporting and analysi
