Team Lead (Accelerated Diseases Control & Elimination)
Grade: P5
Contractual Arrangement: Fixed-term appointment – 1 year
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and managerial support within the Department for VPD accelerated disease control, outbreak reduction, response and recovery.
- Develop and propose technical health policies and strategies, advise on campaign optimization and disease elimination goals, and strengthen 3‑level technical coordination.
- Manage the programme area, deliver objectives through efficient team management, workplan development, financial resource monitoring, and implementation of planned activities.
- Promote and coordinate research and innovation on best practices, disseminate information for capacity building.
- Manage monitoring, evaluation and reporting of key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
