- Deliver feedback and training to the team regarding benefits, requirements, and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date information in the CRM (Odoo).
- Resolve incidents and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support agents in meeting goals and objectives.

- Audit team performance and process compliance.
- Report progress to clients, referral sources, and the operations manager.
