  • Lead and support Client Service Coordinators in daily operations, including use of Electronic Health Record systems and reporting processes
  • Manage staffing assignments to ensure quality care delivery and effective overtime management
  • Oversee customer service, including complaint resolution and review of overnight call center reports
  • Schedule and match nursing and home support employees to clients, focusing on patient-centered care and service continuity
  • Liaise with funders regarding client care and collect/enter relevant information into databases
  • Monitor staff compliance with attendance, break times, and lunch schedules
  • Report issues/incidents through appropriate channels and ensure all safety protocols are followed
