Team Lead - Closing Disclosure (Walkin from Monday to Friday 11.00 am to 5.00 pm)
Responsibilities/Expertise:
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in mortgage closing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and oversee the review of closing documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and validate Closing Disclosures (CDs), including loan terms, interest rates, closing costs, and payment details, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with escrow/title companies to reconcile fees, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate Closing Disclosure updates.
