Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop an Order Management team (around 10 employees).
Organize team workload, monitor KPIs, and ensure high quality and timely execution of processes.
Oversee end-to-end order management in SAP (order entry, price and availability checks, invoicing).
