We are looking for an inspiring and result-oriented Team Leader to join our Swedish team in Welcoming and Orchestration Services within Technology & Services. This is an opportunity to work in a very fast-changing environment with the focus of delivering operational tasks within the SLA for onboarding new Business customers to Danske Bank.
Main tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for a team of 13 and work diligently with employees’ motivation at work and continuous development, as well as for quality, delivery, and other performance targets. Your focus areas are to secure steady deliveries, process- optimization and confirmations via Gemba’s, problem solving, and collaboration with our Implementation & Analysis team as well as the local team leaders in the other team leads in the Nordic countries.
