You’ll be ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day administrative support for different functions based in HQ and European subsidiaries. How?
- handling sensitive clients and partners communications
- preparation of reports and presentations, ordering office supplies, collaborating in projects
- organization of business trips, time, and attendance control, managing of expense reports
- writing documentation under the guidance of proposal managers, primarily in English
- handling general tasks related to the commercial register and corporate documentation
