Tech Customer Service — Technology / Sales Support (Italian + English) — Lisbon, Portugal (Remote)
We're urgently looking for an Italian and English-speaking professional to join a remote team providing tech-focused customer service for a global technology company's sales department. Problem solvers welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tech-related customer service in Italian for the sales department of a leading tech brand
- Handle rotating shifts Monday–Saturday, 08:00–19:00 from home
- Troubleshoot issues quickly with a solutions-first approach
- Maintain composure and empathy when handling difficult or frustrated customers
- Accurately record interactions and suggest process improvements where relevant
- Collaborate remotely with team leads and support colleagues
