Create and capture value for customers by developing and aligning strategic plans within the poultry team.Initiate and implement product-focused and non-product value-added strategies across all account levels, including farmers.Act as a trusted advisor to identify and capitalize on market opportunities for our poultry portfolio and services.Manage and execute technical, business-oriented projects, including conducting field demo-trials.Proactively represent Elanco to key stakeholders and opinion leaders using consultative selling and strategic planning.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
