In this hands-on role, you will leverage your Mechanical Technologist diploma and five years of experience to analyze problems and develop efficient solutions. Your expertise in investigating mechanical failures and preparing cost-benefit analyses will drive the success of the Revenue Fleet and Wayside Elements department. Collaborating closely with engineers, you will also partake in the design and testing of critical components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze system failures and performance deviations
• Perform cost-benefit analysis on repairs and replacements
• Draft specifications for parts and equipment
• Liaise with vendors to ensure quality supply
• Support mechanical testing and equipment audits
