Technical Customer Service Agent — Search Engine / Tech (German + English) — Lisbon, Portugal
We're urgently hiring a German and English-speaking Technical Customer Service professional to join an on-site team in Lisbon supporting a major search engine and technology client. If you're passionate about tech and great with people, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical queries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide step-by-step guidance
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Work Monday–Friday in rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00
- Log all customer interactions with precision and follow quality standards
- Continuously develop product knowledge to improve first-contact resolution
