We are looking for Technical Lead – Healthcare Platform (8 - 10 YoE) Location: Remote/ Anywhere in Ind Duration: FTE We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the next generation of our Healthcare IT & EMR platforms. What You’ll Do: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end HMIS & EMR product lifecycle from 0 to scale across domestic and international markets (India & GCC). AI & Innovation: Spearhead AI-driven clinical transformations, including CDSS, NLP-based voice documentation, and automation features. Compliance & Standards: Ensure seamless compliance with healthcare standards like ABDM (M1, M2, M3), NABH, and DPDPA Act. Interoperability: Lead complex integrations using FHIR, HL7 standards, APIs, and medical devices (ICU monitors, Radiology systems).
