Collaborating closely with the operations team, you'll maintain top-notch customer interactions while leading technical staff on event days. Your proactive troubleshooting skills will ensure seamless operation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-4 years in customer service or hospitality
