We are looking for a Technical Manager I/II to join the Estates Office.
The Role
The appointee will be an all-rounded candidate who will undertake comprehensive project duties from inception to post-completion. He/she will also be responsible for developing, implementing and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) models and processes across various projects to enhance coordination, efficiency and project delivery.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM models in accordance with project requirements and standards; coordinating with various parties including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM consistency and accuracy; supporting BIM-related training and providing technical guidance for project teams; ensuring compliance with company BIM standards and procedures and keeping abreast of the latest BIM technolo...
