In this role, I was responsible for coordinating the upgrade of the One Identity IAM platform to version 10, acting as the bridge between architects, engineers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across all workstreams.
Key responsibilities included:
- Coordinating end-to-end IAM upgrade activities across multiple technical teams
- Managing stakeholder communication and aligning technical solutions with business requirements
- Identifying dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks to ensure controlled execution
- Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and the business project manager
- Facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
