The Opportunity
We are hiring Technical Sales Representatives to sell capital equipment and engineered industrial systems to OEMs, automotive suppliers, metal fabricators, and industrial manufacturers. This equipment sales role focuses on paint and paint‑related accessories. It is a true field‑based sales role – if you enjoy visiting customers, walking plant floors, and owning a territory, this is the right fit. Inside sales or remote‑only candidates are not a match.
How The Role Actually Works
- 4 days per week on the road visiting customers, prospects, and job sites.
- Follow up on leads provided by marketing, website, and material suppliers.
