We are looking for the best Senior PMs in the market to join us at Monks.
In this bilingual (EN/ES) position you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle while collaborating with a worldwide multidisciplinary team. You are expected to juggle multiple requests, understand technical specs, and ensure delivery according to strict service-levels. You will be the primary driver of quality, helping solve technical blockers that arise during the execution phase.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically working for large-scale companies or global agencies.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is mandatory; you must be able to lead technical discussions and client presentations fluently in both languages.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing senior stakeholders and navigating difficult conversations.
