Lead engineering initiatives in irrigation at LNID as a Technical Services Manager. Manage project execution while ensuring safety compliance and mentoring staff in a collaborative environment.
As Technical Services Manager at LNID, you will oversee engineering functions critical to the district's irrigation success. Your leadership will guide projects under the Alberta Irrigation Modernization program and include mentoring team members. You will also ensure all engineering activities comply with safety policies and contribute to infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise and develop engineering staff
• Control expenditures and budgets within the Engineering Department
• Manage risk assessments and condition evaluations for infrastructure
• Provide strategic project planning and policy recommendations
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
• Eight years in engineering and project leadership
