**Technical Specialist**:
8 to 10 yoe in similar role: Technical Support & customer management and service.
- Proven track record of effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Conversational Fluent English
- Stake holder management to work with stake holders closely.
- Technical knowledge on Microsoft 365 services majorly in Teams, SharePoint on product level.
- Gen AI solutions primarily Microsoft 365 Copilot, Canva, Adobe AI and other Gen AI tools are advantage.
- Open minded to learn new technologies and provide trainings to Business users with business use cases(example with Gen Ai tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot).
- Added advantage having Analytics knowledge with tools like Excel, Power Bi.
