Responsibilities of the position 1. Technical support and diagnostics- Coordinate with the dealerships’ technical managers and assist in developing technical diagnostic solutions;
- Provide support for special events and technical inquiries;
- Manage failures in real time, provide follow‑up and support in complex cases;
- Record errors and coordinate with the technical support platform.
