MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Production support:
Respond to requests for assistance from assemblers and production technicians; Investigate problems encountered on production lines; Diagnose problems on raw materials and robotic assemblies to determine root causes of failures; Produce documentation associated with diagnostics and non-conformances;Work in collaboration with other departments as required (e.g. engineering, quality control, quality assurance, purchasing); Identify any process improvements with the aim of optimizing work.
