Job Summary
Connection between Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering and support the autonomous preventive (and predictive) maintenance.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work together with Asset Specialist to register new equipment in CMMS. Do periodical inventory in workcells and on local surplus.
- Work together with ME to set up equipment and their PMs in CMMS.
- Work together with Manufacturing to train them to TPM techniques (first of all autonomous preventive maintenance).
- Generate various reports from CMMS to control PM's.
- Control PM delays.
- Maintain the CMMS database.
- Work together with external companies to maintain TPM techniques.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
