Summary You will serve as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the C4 Directorate ofCOMMANDER US FORCES JAPAN . **ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** Responsibilities You will manage the SPECTRUM XXI and HNSWDO systems at USFJ headquarters, monitoring and validating all assignments within SPECTRUM XXI. You will assist the Branch Chief in planning, developing, and overseeing the operations of the Joint Frequency Monitoring Officer (JFMO) in Japan. You will serve as Secretary of the US Joint Frequency Coordination Committee (JFCC), which provides a forum for discussion and resolution of spectrum management issues between component service commands in Japan. You will ensure that training is provided to in-country component services and Japan Self Defense Forces frequency managers, addressing spectrum management policies, procedures, and records management.
