Ensure Safer System (ESS) Coordination and Support

• Coordinate logistics, communications and documentation to support the implementation of ESS.
• Assist ESS Team in using the JCI AMP (Accreditation Manager Plus) application to conduct tracer audits, analyse results and generate reports.
• Support follow-up action plans, monitor timelines and assist in preparing materials for MOH-led engagements.
• Liaise with stakeholders across departments to ensure compliance with ESS requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to plan and organise ESS-related roadshows and awareness activities.
• Curate and develop communication materials to promote understanding and engagement of ESS among staff.
