Sales & Relationship Building
Daily sales calls on existing customers with special emphasis on Residential brands Shaw Floors Soft Surfaces & Shaw Floors Hard Surfaces flooring products, samples, displays, adhesive, and related floor products. Present products to retail dealers, designers, and end-users; analyze leads provided by corporate reports. Sell and construct display racks weighing 50lbs.
Territory Growth & Market Execution
Continually prospect for viable new accounts while developing awareness of market trends. Implement major market programs and sample placement strategies.
Operational Excellence
Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports outlining actual sales, goals, competitive conditions, and product needs.
