- Continuously improve the quality assurance process by suggesting and implementing enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure software products' reliability and quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as developers, product managers, and project managers, to understand software quality requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Provide input on the readiness of software for production deployment and define release planning.
- Identify pain points in component teams and offer technical guidance.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for various software components, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
