Play a vital role in Ontario’s organ donation efforts with Trillium Gift of Life Network as a Clinical Services Coordinator. This part-time position involves managing cases and logistics across a 24/7 call centre.
You will work collaboratively to ensure a safe and effective donation process, from referral through recovery. Critical decision-making and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations are key to your responsibilities as you enhance collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including hospitals and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case management from referral to recovery
• Partner with health teams and donor hospitals
• Coordinate testing and organ placement
• Ensure adherence to Health Canada regulations
• Organize logistics for recovery team transportation
