Overview
Store Manager at The Shoe Co. reports to the District Manager and leads the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. This role involves coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. The ability to problem solve, thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead a dynamic team, and execute operational excellence is key to success in this role.
