As the Coffee Supervisor, you are an essential leader within our restaurant, guiding Baristas and Shift Leads to deliver outstanding service and smooth operations from the moment we open until closing time. Your role is hands-on and dynamic: you jump in to help prepare drinks during busy periods, coach the team to maintain high standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Your ability to motivate, organize, and collaborate keeps the atmosphere positive and the workflow efficient.
