Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia to hire Physical Therapists. Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Virginia
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in hospice care

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2,140 - $2,326 per week
• 16-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
