Hop On AS is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ticket Sellers for our popular Hop-On Hop-Off sightseeing bus service in Oslo. You will be responsible for selling tickets at key locations, including Karl Johan, the Opera House, and the cruise harbours, providing top-notch service to tourists and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Sales: Actively sell tickets to tourists for the Hop-On Hop-Off buses at assigned locations.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate and friendly information about the bus routes, schedules, and points of interest in Oslo.
- Payment Handling: Process payments through cash or card transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of the shift.
- Maintain Clean Work Area: Ensure the ticket booth or sales area is kept tidy and organized.
