Responsibilities- Define the long‑term strategy, lead key initiatives, and set the future direction of the category.
- Be responsible for the P&L of the category.
- Provide industry knowledge and leverage own network to ensure success of category.
- Hire and develop a strong team.
- Acquire and incubate sellers/merchants to support category growth.
- Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into sellers' short‑term and long‑term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
