Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize livestream strategies based on product positioning, traffic performance, and audience behavior to improve GMV, conversion rate, and engagement
- Plan and refine livestream scripts, pacing, and on-screen atmosphere (host + live control) to maximize sales performance
- Recruit, train, and manage TikTok creators/hosts; build scalable creator operation strategies and incentive mechanisms
- Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics (e.g., traffic, retention, watch time, conversion ) and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (brands, creators, platform partners) to ensure high-quality delivery
- Participate in TikTok platform campaigns and maintain strong relationships with platform stakeholders
