Responsibilities
- Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting future direction of the category;
- Provide industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category;
- Hire and develop a strong team;
- Acquire and incubate Fashion brand principals, business partners to support category growth;
- Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into partners' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partners' potential on platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos;
- Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category;
- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.
