Role Overview
As a Team Supervisor, you lead your team through your shift with a positive attitude. You set an example by placing guests as your highest priority and act as a role model for exceptional guest service. You spot opportunities to improve the business and communicate effectively with the management team.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Assist with team member coverage and work various positions during busy periods to maintain optimal service levels.
- Provide ongoing, specific direction to team members.
- Respond to guests in a friendly manner while maintaining an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Responsible for shift cash procedures.
- Ensure all restaurant policies are followed during the shift.
- Assist the restaurant manager in driving sales and transactions during the shift.
- Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.
