Gray Hawk Land Solutions is currently hiring immediate openings in the position of Title Landman Agent for a remote position. The individuals we are looking for must have experience with Wyoming Federal Title , be a self-starter and able to perform the below tasks with very little or no supervision.
Minimum of (5) Five years of experience in right-of-way title research. This is a 1099 position. Title Landman Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Pulling tax cards from courthouses and locating tax cards online to determine preliminary ownership of tracts/parcels. Locating source deeds and vesting deeds and comparing them to tax cards for discrepancies. Performing onsite and/or online research necessary for Vesting and/or Marketable Title.
