Job Description
Within the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) the Total Reward Analyst EMEA & LATAM plays a critical role in providing expert guidance, coordination, and support for the effective implementation of total reward programs, policies, and practices across the EMEALA regions for all group companies in line with the Sonova Group Total Reward policies. The goal is to align these programs with Global Total Reward guidance and market best practices, thereby attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. Additionally, the manager provides strategic counsel, training, and support to the EMEALA Human Resources teams as needed, all while supporting the company's overarching strategic objectives.
