Responsibilities
- Compliance Leadership: Ensure export control compliance at the site in close collaboration with the Local Export Control Officer (LECO).
- IMCP Management: Take ownership of developing, monitoring, and refining the Internal Management & Compliance Program (IMCP).
- Product Classification: Actively support the classification of goods and conduct sanctions list, embargo, and dual‑use checks (including releasing blocks) within SAP GTS.
- License Management: Handle end‑to‑end license management, including the application and administration of licenses with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
