Job Description
Trade Marketing Field Manager is responsible for leading the execution, tracking, and continuous optimization of Trade Marketing programs, including customer promotions, distribution & VPO modules, visibility initiatives, frontline incentivization, and roadshows, ensuring full alignment with the Marketing Calendar and channel First Focus priorities.
The role translates shopper, retailer, and field insights into actionable Trade Marketing plans by designing and implementing regional promotion programs, visibility projects, and launch support activities to drive penetration, distribution, volume per outlet, and market share growth.
Acting as a key link between HQ and field sales teams, this position ensures effective communication of brand and Trade Marketing initiatives, product launches, execution standards, and training materials, while leading regular field and regional visits to maximize execution quality and performance.
