Trading Application Support Specialist – Montreal (W/M)
We are currently looking for a Trading Application Support Specialist (W/M), based in Montreal, to ensure the deployment of our solutions to clients and serve as their primary point of contact for technical support.
Issue Analysis and Resolution
- Analyse and troubleshoot incidents, help customers resolve issues, explain usage, debug failures, pinpoint problems, implement workarounds, enhance performance, improve security, and determine root causes.
- Define severity and area of each issue, ensuring accurate classification and prioritization.
- Resolve tickets according to the required knowledge, adhere to proper process, and raise escalations when necessary for timely resolution.
